This summer, CRŪ Winery is on the hunt for the best chowder recipe. Now through August 6th, submit your best chowder recipe for a chance to win.
Chowder recipes will be judged on creativity, overall quality and how well the recipes pair with CRŪ Winery’s variety of Chardonnays. Two runners-up will be selected and receive a trip to Monterey, California. During their trip, the runners-up will participate in the Chowder Cook-Off at CRŪ Winery’s Santa Lucia Highlands Tasting Room on September 21st.

At the event they will prepare their chowder recipe for a panel of judges who will determine the best chowder recipe and crown the Chowder Cook-Off Champion. In addition to the trip to Monterey, the Chowder Cook-Off Champion will receive a selection of prizes from CRŪ Winery and Real Good Fish. Contest only open to residents of California.
After the judging, enjoy live music while you try the finalists chowder plus other artisan chowders and foods paired with CRU Wines!
