A small 2.83-acre Pinot Noir vineyard producing exclusive wines from prestigious Monterey County terroir. Purchased by the Franscioni family in 2014, managed by third-generation farmer Ray Franscioni who also created the Puma Road, Lilia, and Pedregal wine labels.
