Facing east with elevations between 400 and 800 feet, the cool foggy mornings and evenings bookend warm, sunny afternoons, resulting in an extended growing season. The Eden Vista Vineyard has proved ideal for growing Pinot Noir, producing deeply colored and intensely concentrated fruit.
