Before You Go
- Do I need to make reservations?
Some tasting rooms are walk-in friendly; others prefer advance bookings. Check each winery's listing on santaluciahighlands.com before you head out. *Note during special events or other days, there may be restrictions at some tasting rooms on using the Pour Pass.
- Can two people share one pass?
The pass allows one tasting at three different wineries — one tasting per person, per winery, so it cannot be shared. Groups purchase individually.
- How does it work at the tasting room?
After purchase, you receive an email with your QR code tasting pass. Save this email, or add to your smartphone wallet, or take a screenshot of it. Show the QR code on your phone or a printed copy of your pass to your host. The tasting room host scans your code, and you're in. No app required.
- What happens after three tasting room visits?
The QR code is complete. Purchase another pass at santaluciahighlands.com to keep exploring.
- Is there an expiration date?
The Pour Pass is valid for sixty days from purchase. Your expiration date is included with the QR code.
- What does each tasting include?
Each winery tasting is different; most feature their standard tasting (four to five wines) that change regularly with vintages and winery releases. Call ahead or visit the winery website for more specifics about their tasting offering.
*Note during special events or other days, there may be restrictions at some tasting rooms on using the Pour Pass.
