Moret Brealynn Wines
By AppointmentFounded in 2021 by winemaker Morét Brealynn, Moret-Brealynn Wines is built on a simple philosophy: let great vineyards tell the story. While the winery is rooted in Sonoma County Pinot Noir, the Santa Lucia Highlands has become an important part of that story through Morét’s acclaimed Rosé of Pinot Noir. Drawn to the region’s combination of sunshine, coastal influence, and vibrant natural acidity, she crafts a rosé that balances bright fruit, energy, and texture while showcasing the distinctive character of the Highlands. Her hands-on approach, combined with a commitment to vineyard expression and minimal intervention, has quickly earned recognition from critics and consumers alike. The next chapter of Moret-Brealynn Wines in the Santa Lucia Highlands begins in 2026 with fruit sourced from two exciting new vineyard sites. WindRock Vineyard, a new planting from the renowned Pisoni and Franscioni families, and La Reina Vineyard, developed by Grant Myers and farmed by longtime Santa Lucia Highlands leader Steve McIntyre, represent some of the most promising new acreage in the appellation. With these partnerships, Morét is expanding her footprint beyond rosé and laying the foundation for future red wine programs from the region. Surrounded by growers and stewards who have helped define the Santa Lucia Highlands for generations, she is honored to contribute to the appellation’s next era while remaining focused on wines that are authentic, site-driven, and unmistakably Santa Lucia Highlands.
