Dan Kosta’s journey began in Sonoma County, where a childhood surrounded by vineyards grew into a legacy of winemaking excellence. As co-founder of Kosta Browne Winery, he achieved global recognition when Wine Spectator named the 2009 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir the #1 Wine of the Year. With Grail by Dan Kosta, he continues to push the boundaries of what is possible with Pinot Noir. Every step is deliberate, every decision purposeful. Partnering with pristine single-vineyard sources, Dan and winemaker Shane Finley hand-select grapes, barrels, and every detail of the winemaking process to craft wines that embody California’s Grand Cru.
