About Us
Mansfield-Dunne wines is the culmination of a 10 year effort to secure land in the Santa Lucia Highlands with the goal of growing premium pinot noir and chardonnay grapes. and producing artisan crafted wine. Our namesake Peterson Vineyard is planted to pinot noir and chardonnay and sits along River Road. Our newly planted Cortada Alta Vineyard is planted to pinot noir, chardonnay, and syrah and sits at higher elevations of 1200-1600 feet, just below the notch in the SLH map. Hence the name Cortada Alta, which is Spanish for "high notch".
